29 of E7 Technologies employees are reaching new levels with the Work Ready program in collaboration with Flint River Technical College. E7 Technologies and the College are working together as a part of a work force development drive where businesses can validate their workforce and demonstrate that they are “work ready” through the Certified Work Ready Community program.

E7 Technologies is requiring that all job applicants must take the Work Ready assessments to be considered for employment.  “The Work Ready assessment is an excellent way to measure prospective employee skills that are needed to perform the job successfully, comments Ms. Carlotta Santa Romana, Human Resources Manager for E7 Technologies, Inc.

“The Work Ready program can be a win-win situation for both employers and applicants by simplifying the hiring process and helping applicants increase their skill level through Gap Training thereby making them more employable,” continues Ms. Santa Romana.
