Bobby Casey awarded the William Anderson Memorial Award

Bobby L. Casey of Manchester, Georgia was recognized at the Flint River Technical College Commencement Ceremony on Thursday, June 5, 2008, as the recipient of the William L. Anderson Memorial Award. This award is presented during the graduation ceremony to a graduate who exhibits outstanding academic and work ethic qualities.
William L. Anderson was an Instructional Coordinator at Flint River Technical College, formally Upson Technical Institute, from June 1972 until he retired in June 1989. Bill was a friend of technical education and exemplified positive work ethics and encouraged it in others. Mr. Anderson passed away in December 1993 and is remembered with this special award.
