The Certified Customer Service Specialist (CCSS) Program graduates eight at Flint River Technical College Taylor County Center in Butler, Georgia on August 30, 2007.
This program was designed to train employees for positions in customer service departments where customer contact is a primary element of the position. Skills taught in the program are those needed to create positive relations with the customer. The primary focus is on communication skills needed within the customer service industry.
