Can I renew books online?
You can request to renew a book
by emailing library support at library@flintrivertech.edu. As
long as no one has placed a hold on that book and it’s not the last
week of the quarter, the material will be renewed and a return email will
confirm the new due date of the material. You can also phone the
library 706.646.6173 to renew materials over the phone.
How can I ask a reference question online?
The librarian will answer reference
questions by email library@flintrivertech.edu or
by phone at 706.646.6173.
How do I cite reference sources for a research paper?
English (MLA format) research papers use rules found in the MLA Handbook. Basic rules for MLA format research papers can also be found at http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/557/01. Psychology and social science (APA format) research papers use rules found in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. How do I get the current password for GALILEO?
Call 706.646.6173 or email library@flintrivertech.edu to ask for
the current GALILEO password. It changes every quarter.
