1. 12 Paid Holidays
2. Annual Leave—(accrual of 10 hours each pay period, must work a minimum of 80 hours within the pay period). 0-60 months of employment, thereafter accrual rates variable based on length of service.
3. Sick Leave—(accrual of 10 hours each pay period, must work minimum of 80 hours within the pay period). This accrual does not change based on length of service.
4. ERS Retirement Plan—One of  the two options of a mandatory retirement plan with the State Employees’ Retirement System (ERS), deducted each pay period, or monthly, vested with ERS after 10 years of creditable service, disability retirement eligible after 13 years and 4 months. http://www.ersga.org
5. Life Insurance—guaranteed life insurance with ERS, 18 times monthly salary (or 1 ½) times annual salary (group term policy).
